Ken is a senior business leader with over 25 years of private equity experience in London and Europe. His companies have ranged from property investment & development in London, Monaco and Malaysia; partnerships with consumer technology companies; Investment funds with private banks and UHWIs in Europe and UK and joint ventures with PLCs & family offices in new business models.

His previous partners include Qatar Islamic Bank, Société des Bains de Mer, Grosvenor Estate, Sun Hung Kai & Co, Bank Frick of Liechtenstein and international UHNWIs.

Ken holds a Master’s degree from the European Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from King’s College London.

He actively supports undergraduate students at the University of Sheffield & Sheffield Hallam University via his SugarCube Mentorship Programme called “Sweet Care”

Masters in M.A (Cantab) Economics at Robinson College, Cambridge, United Kingdom Professional Qualification in Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 1 at Association for Investment Managers and Research (AIMR) Encik Aminuddin joined Sime Securities Sdn Bhd as an Economist, in the Research Department upon his graduation in 1997. He thereafter gained exposure as a Marketing Executive with Sime AXA Assurance Sdn Bhd from 1998 to 1999. In 2000 he joined Consolidated Plantations Bhd as a Senior Executive, in the Corporate Planning Department.

From 2001 to 2014, he was attached to various government agencies having served as the Special Officer to the Minister of Youth and Sports, Private Secretary to the Minister of Education and Minister of Home Affairs and Principal Private Secretary to the Minister of Transport.

With 25 years of working experience in both private and public sectors, Encik Aminuddin, enjoys a unique skill set covering a wide array of disciplines including corporate planning, public policy, research, strategy and communications.

He currently serves as the Chief Corporate Officer at Jasa Baiduri Sdn Bhd, a company involved in trading and maintenance, Encik Aminuddin also sits on the board of Sentral Reit Management Sdn Bhd under the managers of listed Sentral Reit Bhd as an Independent Non-Executive Director. He also serves as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee.

Encik Aminuddin was also appointed to the board of Privasia Bhd in 2024, a technology company listed on the ACE market of Bursa Malaysia. He serves as an Independent Non Executive Director and chairs the Nomination and Remuneration Committee as well as member of the Audit and Risk Committee.

Started his carrier in Oil and Gas Industry since 1999 in Engineering. Working with Intergraph Process, Power & Offshore (M) Sdn Bhd being a subsidiary company of Intergraph Corporation (Listed on NASDAQ) as a Senior Application Engineer especially in downstream and upstream oil and gas industries in Asia.

Non-Executive Director of Privasia Technology Bhd (Listed on Bursa Malaysia) Group from 4 May 2009 – 2017. Later in 2004, Datuk Mohd Aqliff Shane had started his own Oil and Gas company in Engineering, Offshore and Onshore Structural and Piping Fabrications, supplying extremely high pressure tubing and fittings for Deepwater Oil and Gas field and QA/QC Inspection Services.

In 2015, Datuk Mohd Aqliff Shane had founded a new company in LNG trading globally and in July 2018 Petrolife Aero LNG has been awarded an official New Malaysia Government’s licensed LNG Importer, Distributor, Gas Shipper and retail of Regasified LNG supplier for Power Industry as well as to major commercial industries.

SAMSUL ARIFF IDRIS, is the Director Commercial & Trading of Petrolife Aero Sdn. Bhd. and Petrolife LNG (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. He joined Petrolife Group in 2013, responsible for the business development and investment in Oil & Gas, Energy, Financial Technology and Digital Services.

Samsul possesses 28 years of experience in various sectors including Oil & Gas, Marine Logistics, Retail Services, Palm Oil Industries, Property Development Consultancy, Information Technology, Financial and Banking Services.

He was an independent Non Executive Director of a Malaysian public listed company, Bintulu Industrial Gas (B.I.G.) Industries Berhad in 2007. The core business of the company is in manufacturing and distribution of industrial gases and trading of petroleum products.

Samsul started his career as a banker and carry with him 14 years vast experience in Banking Operations, Trade Financing, Accounts & Statistics, Investment, Credit and Islamic Banking.

Dato’ Wan is a non-executive director of Petrolife Aero Sdn Bhd. Graduated from Staffordshire University, United Kingdom with LL.B. (Hons), he has been serving Zaibi Motor Sdn Bhd since 1994, rising from the position of executive to his current position as Managing Director. His wealth of experience and knowledge in the automotive industry has garnered him a position as an executive committee member of PEKEMA (Persatuan Pengimpot & Perniagaan Kenderaan Melayu Malaysia) since 2018. He served as the Secretary General of the committee for 3 years before being elected as the Deputy President in 2023.

Zaibi Motor Sdn Bhd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Zaibi Holdings Sdn Bhd, which has interests in construction, property development, realty, and hospitality. Being a shareholder and director in Zaibi Holdings, he is fully involved and well-versed in all aspects of the businesses.

Dato’ Wan is also a shareholder and director of Senanti Synergy Sdn Bhd, a Petronas licensed company; and a shareholder and director of RiMZ Synergy Sdn Bhd, a successful interior design and contracting company. He was also previously an executive committee member of ANSARA Kota Bharu.

Mustafa Tan Gin Huat, is the Director of Marketing of Petrolife Aero Sdn. Bhd. A highly motivated and driven marketeer with 15 years experience in high level sales environments.

He was the Managing Director of Bounds Marine Service Sdn. Bhd. from 2015 to 2018. Mustafa has responsible for overseeing the day to day operations and implementation of new marketing strategies designed to maximise revenue and extend the range of sales opportunities and business growth.

Prior to that, Mustafa was the Marketing Manager of S.E. Printing Sdn. Bhd. for 7 years.

He graduated form National Cheng Chi University, R.O.C. Taiwan in marketing.

Mohd Azley Bin Ibrahim is the Interim Chief Financial Officer for Petrolife Aero LNG Sdn Bhd. he joined Petrolife Group in 2018. Broadly accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, including the development of a financial and operational strategy for the company.

With more that 18 years experienced in vast level of management position in Banking, Investment Strategy and Business Optimisation Strategy.

Executive Director with Satu Creative Sdn. Bhd. Assist in formulating the company’s future direction through providing input on the company’s business plan, financial and tax strategies, budgeting, and forecasting.

Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations.

An Economist with RHB Bank Treasury for almost 10 years in research field and economic study for US, Euro and Japan Economy.
